Since its establishment, the sewage treatment workshop of Dalian Chemphy Chemical Co., Ltd. has been adhering to the environmental protection concept of "acting friendliness with environment, sharing goodliness with world", and has undertaken the treatment of industrial wastewater, domestic water, rainwater, organized industrial waste gas, and sludge in the entire plant. Equipped with domestic water collection tank, rainwater collection well, low-concentration production water collection tank, high-salt wastewater storage tank, high-concentration wastewater collection tank, it has realized the separation of clear water, wastewater and sewage, and ensure the stability and balance of the inlet water in the sewage treatment system, to achieve stable and long-term operation of the system, and the effluent quality is stable and up to standard.

The sewage treatment system of the sewage treatment workshop adopts the overall process of coagulation and flocculation+ hydrolysis acidification+ A/O + terminal disinfection, and the maximum processing capacity of the system is 850m³/day.

The workshop is equipped with intelligent sampling and monitoring analyzers combined with manual timing and irregular sampling to monitor the quality of the effluent water 24 hours a day, and upload analysis and operation data in real time with the Ecological Environment Bureau.
The sewage treatment workshop is equipped with a set of 60 cubic meters of low-temperature vacuum desalination equipment per day and a set of dual-effect desalination equipment for processing 30 cubic meters of brine per day, which provides source protection for the biological biochemical treatment system.
The company’s production equipment has two independent exhaust gas treatment devices (RTO) and a biological deodorization device to realize scientific treatment, effectively treat the organized exhaust gas of the whole plant. We entrust an external qualified company to conduct regular exhaust gas testing of production facilities, and all of them comply with the current national and local emission standards.
The company has established strict control measures for hazardous waste production, temporary storage on site, outsourcing transfer and disposal. Equipped with a set of low-temperature drying equipment for weight reduction of 5 tons of sludge per day, we ensure effective output reduction, safe and scientific storage, and legal transfer and disposal.
